Schedule a Tour

New Lenox Public Library offers a variety of outreach services, both on-site and off. If you are interested in requesting an outreach visit or would like the Library to visit your location or event, please fill out the form below.

The New Lenox Public Library is happy to accommodate your group for tours and visits. Due to limited space and staff availability, the Library requests the following for youth-oriented outreach:

  • For tours, a maximum of 15 children is recommended
  • For storytimes, a maximum of 30 is recommended

If your group is larger than the numbers listed above, please contact Youth Services Outreach Coordinator Liz Yolich at eyolich@newlenoxlibrary.org to discuss possible accommodations.

Request Books

New Lenox Public Library loves supporting our local schools! Our Youth Services Department can help curate a list of book recommendations for your classroom or pull books for your students to browse and check out while visiting the public library. Let us know how we can help you below.

This form is also available at the Youth Services Desk at the Library, and for download at New Lenox Library Book Request for Teachers (PDF, 189 KB).

For questions regarding book or other specialty requests, please contact Youth Services Outreach Coordinator Elizabeth Yolich-LaMore at eyolich@newlenoxlibrary.org.

Please note: the Youth Services Department serves patrons up to and including 8th Grade. High school teachers should contact Adult & Teen Services Outreach Coordinator Dominic Ricobene at dricobene@newlenoxlibrary.org.
