Encore, the software that we use for our online catalog, was upgraded to a new version this morning. We have noticed that there is a problem with checked out items not being displayed correctly in the My Account feature, and we have contacted the developer about that.
Update: checked out items are now visible in My Account, although the counter next to the Checkouts link still incorrectly shows "0"
