Save the Date for the 6th Annual Spring Arts Festival

Spring Arts Festival

On Saturday, May 3rd from 7:00 – 11:00 p.m., the Friends of the Library will be hosting their 6th Annual Spring Arts Festival. This year’s theme is The Wizard of Oz in honor of the 75th Anniversary of the movie. Join us for a wickedly fun evening and help the Friends raise money for the library. In addition to a DJ, enjoy the performance of a live magician and a fortune teller. Tickets are available in the library for $30 or $25 for seniors.

Besides entertainment, you can bid on items in the silent auction or try your hand at the wine raffle. Local artisans have crafted a variety of different art pieces, but there are also other goodies to be had in the form of restaurant gift certificates, sporting events, and more. All money raised goes to help benefit the library with programs, materials and services for the community.

Have fun with Miss Jen as she introduces stories, music, and finger plays to babies and their caregivers. Please note, this particular storytime is intended for babies up to 12 months old; walking babies from 12-23 months old with a caregiver meet on Mondays 10:30-11:00 am for Movers & Shakers. And Miss Gina has lots of fun with the 2-3 1/2 year old toddlers and their caregivers in Wee Readers on Thursday mornings 11:15-11:45 am. These are just a few of our storytime programs -- check our calendar or our program guide for the rest. Our current session runs March 3-April 12. We hope to see you soon at the Library!
